How a “financial flash mob” is trying to raise $20 million for a rare copy of the U.S. Constitution.

TL;DR

A group of crypto fans is going to try buying one of the oldest copies of the US constitution which is being auctioned in a few hours by Sotheby’s, which estimates it will sell for $15 million to $20 million.

This is so crazy because it just began as someone’s thought, why don’t we use web 3.0 to give power to the people. That’s how Constitution DAO is born. Their Twitter bio says “We the People, for the People.” and with the profile photo of Nicolas Cage’s face from his National Treasure film (where he steal it). Here they are gonna buy it together and give it to the people.

They already raised 40 Million in crypto!
