♣ Thought of the Week

◘ Ultimate Relationship Hack
Being with someone who doesn’t just add love but removes pressure that’s a different level of care.
♣ Tech

◘ Clowns Will Save NASA Mars Mission
NASA ran a study on a potential trip to Mars and found the most important trait for team dynamics was humor!

♣ Creator Economy
◘ He Hasn’t Slept Since 1962 (Doctors Don’t Know Why)
MEET THE SLEEPLESS MAN OF VIETNAM (Yes, it’s true!!) This is one of the most surreal stories I’ve ever watched.
When Drew Binsky first heard about Mr. Thai Ngoc many years ago, he never knew it would be possible to find him because his location had never been revealed.
Mr. Ngoc claims that he hasn’t slept a wink since 1962, seriously! Some people think it could be PTSD from the war, while others believe that he has an extremely rare medical condition. Whatever the case is, Drew traveled 2 days from Arizona to a small village in South Vietnam to track him down, stay up all night with him, and see if it was actually true that he doesn’t sleep.
♣ Pop Culture
◘ When The Actor Has Too Much Range (Oscar Isaac)
There are some actors whose talent can’t be summed up in genre, role, or even medium. They’re not just versatile, they’re slippery. Untethered. Oscar Isaac is one of those actors. The kind who walks into a scene and immediately raises its temperature by five degrees. Not because he’s loud or theatrical, but because every expression feels like it belongs to a different man entirely.
♣ Business
◘ This is How K-Pop Labels Make Money
The video argues that K-pop labels have perfected a profitable, albeit “sketchy,” business model by gamifying fan engagement. Labels monetize emotional connections through lottery-based fan sign events, random photo card collecting, and subscription-based messaging apps like Bubble.
This video contends that these strategies manipulate fans into constant spending while fostering deep emotional investment. Ultimately, this synthetic intimacy creates unhealthy expectations and intense fan volatility when idols’ private lives inevitably conflict with the curated illusion.
